This Privacy Notice describes how we collect and process your personal information through the Infamy website, and applications that reference this Privacy Notice.

What personal information does Infamy collect about customers?

We collect your personal information to provide and continually improve our products and services.

We gather:

  • Information you provide - we receive and store any information you provide in relation to Infamy services (primarily through placing store orders). You can choose not to provide certain information but this may impede the services Infamy can provide.
  • Automatic information - we automatically receive and store certain types of information when you use Infamy services. Like many websites, we use cookies and other unique identifiers and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses Infamy services.

How does Infamy process personal information?

We process your personal information to operate, provide, and improve Infamy services. This includes:

Does Infamy share your personal information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business but for the improvement of Infamy services. Infamy shares customers' information only as described below.

  • Third party service providers - we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links, processing payments, transmitting content, and providing customer service. We cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

You can access your account information, including your name, address, payment options, and purchase history by logging into your account. If you also use our loyalty program you can see the points accumulated and how.

How long do we keep your personal information?

We keep your personal information to enable your continued use of Infamy services, for as long as it is required in order to fulfil the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Notice, as may be required by law such as for tax and accounting purposes, or as otherwise communicated to you.

For example, we retain your transaction history so that you can review past purchases (and repeat orders if desired) and what addresses you have shipped orders to, and to improve the relevancy of products and content we recommend.
